Welcome to Easy Appointment Booking, a subscription-based Shopify app that offers an appointment booking solution for Shopify merchants. By accessing and using our app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
User Accounts:
To use our app, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment:
Our app uses the regular Shopify recurring payment system to collect payments for the subscription. By subscribing to our app, you agree to pay the fees associated with the subscription. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time, with notice to you.
Use of Service:
You agree not to use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app without our prior written consent.
User Data:
We collect and store customer data to notify them when their booking is about to occur. The data collected includes the customer's name, email address, and the date and time of the appointment. We do not share this data with any third parties and store it in an encrypted database. We periodically delete this data to maintain the security and privacy of our customers.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to our app for any reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these terms of use. We may also terminate your account if we believe that your use of our app may harm our business.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our app.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms of use shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without notice. Your continued use of our app following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of use.
