The "Select a Time" button isn't showing up. What's wrong?
This could happen because your current theme is not working well with the default settings of the Select a time button.
You can fix this by updating the CSS Selectors that are used to toggle the Buy Now and Add to cart buttons on your Product pages.
- Visit a product page on your store. Ensure that the Add to Cart (and optionally the Buy Now) button shows up.
- Copy the CSS Selector for the Add to Cart button. To do this, right click on the button and select Inspect.
- Do the same for the Add to Cart Button.
Now, you can enter these selectors into the Settings page.
- Open Servicify Appointments and visit Settings → Advanced
- Enter the CSS Selector for your Add to Cart Button.
- Enter the CSS Selector for your Buy Now Button.
- Click Save.
Visit your product page to verify that the button shows up.
Can I send out Zoom or Google Hangout links?
Yes, you can attach links to each event that you create. Whenever you add or update a link, all attendees of that event will be notified via email (on paid plans). Any calendar invites that are sent will also contain the link.
Can I set an attendee limit?
Yes, you can set a limit on the number of attendees that an event can have. Once this limit is reached, customers will not be able to book that timeslot. If a customer cancels, the event will automatically reappear on the store.
If your event does not have an attendee limit, leave the field blank to allow unlimited attendees to book.
Can I embed the button on a regular page?
Currently, you can only embed the "Select a Time" button on a product page. We are working on a way to let you embed it on any Shopify Page.
How do subscription cancellations work?
Subscription cancellations are handled through Shopify, but we have added some additional logic to ensure you don't get charged additional costs.
If you buy a subscription, and then delete the app: Your subscription will be cancelled at the time that you delete the app.
If you were on a paid subscription and you re-install the app:All of your existing data will be there, but you will be downgraded to the free tier. You can then choose to upgrade your account again, if you like.
