How is pricing calculated?
A combination of services, team portal instances, and booking capacity. We purchase dedicated server space for each new custom plan customer
How does adding members work?
Each new team member can be added in the app directly and can be cancelled anytime. One a custom plan, we provision these for you for the first time to make things smooth.
What happens when I change plans?
We pro-rate the plans when you switch plans so that you only pay for what you use
Can I change my payment method?
All payment methods are managed via Shopify. Update your payment methods there to choose the card you wish to pay with
