Concierge Booking Import & Event Setup
We offer concierge services to help merchants import bookings into the system and set up events. These services are optional and designed to support merchants during onboarding or system transitions.
Booking Import Tiers
The following pricing applies based on the number of bookings imported:
Up to 400 bookings — $199
Up to 800 bookings — $399
Up to 1500 bookings — $699
Each import includes:
- A 30-minute onboarding call to review requirements and file format
- A 30-minute follow-up call after import completion
Imports must be provided in a structured format (e.g. CSV, Excel) with required fields. Our team will review files before confirming the import timeline.
Import Timeline
Easy Appointment Booking's Concierge team requires 72h notice before all concierge services.
Up to 400 bookings — 2 business days
Up to 800 bookings — 3 business days
Up to 1500 bookings — 6 business days
Event Setup (Optional)
If event setup is required, a flat fee of $199 applies. This includes configuration of event details such as:
- Time slots and availability
- Employee/location assignment
Concierge Terms of Service
Setup of bookings and events are limited to the time of onboarding and migration. After the follow up call reviewing the bookings in the system, the ongoing setup and booking management would be done by the Shopify brand and team. Ongoing support where needed is available.
